Recent Aqua Lessons

Jovann loves swimming.

Recently, there was a period of 4 weeks when he was absent from his weekly swim class. We were concerned if he will find it hard to catch up coz he may be unwilling to be carried by coach after the long absence. But we needn't worried. That 1st lesson back (22 Feb) was the happiest he had for a long time! Such laughs, such giggles, such squeals of delight!

During that lesson, he loves the upside down throw (after that first try, he told coach he wants more "upside down"), all the underwater stunts, and he managed to catch the stick for the first time smoothly! Coach taught them a new trick that day, which was moving fwd to grab a toy, then turning back in the water to Daddy. And he did it!

So today, 2 weeks later, I decided to do a compilation of the recent things the little swimmers were asked to do. J enjoyed himself through every single one heee....the underwater "tunnel" thing, I told hubby it looked as if hubby's having a waterbirth hahaa...

You can see all the young one's progress. Coach has mentioned he intends to upgrade this group to the next level together at the end of the term, so you can see that the things he is teaching has progressed, every single week. Its amazing what these kids can do! You want me to dive down, eyes wide open underwater, to grab that stick? no way!
